Feminist leadership workshops for your team, group or organisation
We offer a number of short courses designed to give your team, group or organisation knowledge, insight and collaborative learning in specific areas of feminist leadership practice.
We centre a feminist approach to learning, which values critical thinking, reflexivity and disruption of traditional power dynamics in the training space.

Please contact us at hello@wearefeministleaders.com for pricing information and to book a session. Our prices are dependent upon the size and income of your organisation as a deliberate effort to ensure organisations with lower incomes are able to access training. We are willing to negotiate pricing with small feminist organisations who are struggling with their learning and development budgets.
We also offer Feminist Action Learning - regular small group coaching over four months. Find out more here.

We're constantly being told to catch up with the AI wave or risk being left behind. Supposed "feminist icons" are parroting the same thing everywhere. And yet, as feminist leaders, we know that this technology is not neutral. There are layers of systemic and structural problems that we need to grapple with when it comes to the AI question, and this calls for feminist critique, understanding and leadership.
This three-hour training will explore:
What does it mean to practice feminist leadership in the age of AI?
What does a feminist leadership approach equip us with to navigate the age of AI as we see it emerge?
How do we centre the practice of intersectionality, accountability, care, and reflexivity in the face of a technology that distills all of the world's best knowledge to produce flat, sanitized outputs?
This short course draws from the wisdom and practice of feminist leadership to equip participants with some meaningful feminist grounding to navigate the emergence, growth, and development of AI.
