Terms and conditions for our online courses
Please note the following terms and conditions of our online courses:
Courses take place online via email, Zoom and other platforms. By signing up you are agreeing to use these platforms to engage with the programme.
To ensure the course is as accessible as possible, we record our webinars. Recordings will be shared with other participants only, and should not be shared beyond that. Break-out rooms will not be recorded as we want to create some confidential space for participants within the discussions.
Courses will be conducted in English. Please use the registration form to tell us about any accessibility needs you may have.
By signing up, you agree to pay the full cost of the programme. All payments made are final.
Refunds will only be available before the course starts if you are unable to participate due to critical illness or other serious reason. We know that life happens and will make every effort to support you to complete the programme. Decisions on refunds or transfer of places are made at WAFL’s discretion.
If a refund is offered, or a change made to the course you attend, a 15% fee will be applied to cover administrative and payment processing costs.
Every effort will be made to maintain the advertised course dates. However we are a small team which means we may have to make changes - if this is needed they will be clearly communicated to participants.
We reserve the right to make changes to advertised programme content to take into account participant feedback and needs.
We will not tolerate discriminatory attitudes or bullying behaviour and the organisers reserve the right to withdraw participation from anyone who displays such attitudes or behaviours with no compensation.
Terms and conditions for
The Good Trouble Collective
The Good Trouble Collective uses online communications including email, Zoom and other platforms, including an optional Signal group. By signing up you are agreeing to use these platforms to engage with the Collective.
We record our live sessions. Recordings will only be shared with other members of The Good Trouble Collective.
All resources given to members in The Good Trouble Collective are for members’ use only and members should not share their membership details and access to the online platform with non-members.
Membership resources and communication are in English. Please use the registration form to tell us about any accessibility needs you may have.
By signing up, you agree to pay the full cost of the membership. All payments made are final.
We are unable to offer refunds for payments already made.
Membership can be cancelled at any time.
If a membership is switched between types or tiers, a 15% fee will be applied to cover administrative and payment processing costs.
Monthly subscriptions renew at the same time on the same day each month. If a monthly subscription starts on the 29th, 30th, or 31st, the renewal date will change when the renewal month doesn't have a corresponding date. For example, a monthly subscription started on August 31 will renew on September 30, and it will continue to renew on the 30th of each month until February. In February, it will renew on the 28th, and will continue to renew on the 28th indefinitely.
Those making annual membership payments will be notified 15 days before your next annual payment is due.
Every effort will be made to maintain the advertised live event dates. However, we are reliant on our guest speakers to honour these dates which means we may need to make changes. If changes are needed they will be clearly communicated to participants with as much notice as possible.
We reserve the right to make changes to planned membership events to take into account participant feedback and needs.
We will not tolerate discriminatory attitudes or bullying behaviour and the organisers reserve the right to withdraw participation from anyone who displays such attitudes or behaviours with no compensation.
