What we will do is guide you through the principles of feminist leadership.
We will help you to analyse how power operates in your workplace.
We will help you to understand your own relationship to power and privilege.
We will build your knowledge of concepts like intersectionality and self-care.
But that’s only the beginning.

With developing your own awareness of who you are as a leader.
With reflecting on how feminist leadership principles can
radically change your workplace.
