Sponsorship (workplace conflict course)

We are committed to ensuring our online course on Feminist Approaches to Addressing Workplace Conflict is accessible to those who may not be able to pay the full cost of attending. For our October 2025 training, we have five fully sponsored places and we are also open to receiving applications for pay-what-you-can spaces. Please find a summary of Programme Content and Key Dates here.

Sponsored and pay-what-you-can places are available to those who meet the following criteria:

  • Women* who are experiencing unemployment or who have low household incomes

  • Women* who are from and based in global majority countries**

  • Those who can demonstrate an interest in and commitment to feminist leadership, and who have considered how they will apply learning beyond the programme.

Participants will be selected based upon the extent to which they meet these criteria.

* Including self-identifying women

** The term ‘global majority’ refers to most of the world’s population that live in what has been referred to as ‘developing countries’ or the Global South. We avoid those terms because they tend to centre the idea that all meaningful power and influence sit with wealthier and white-majority countries.
